(A) Orders received are normally dispatched on the same day if
received before 11am. All orders are dispatched on the following

Larger orders are sent by carrier (ANC)and
smaller orders by Royal Mail , ANC deliveries Many ANC deliveries
can arrive next day,however this is not guaranteed and we ask that you
allow three working days for your delivery, Orders despatched on
Friday will normally arrive on Monday or Tuesday.
Small orders are sent by 1st class
Royal Mail with proof of postage. Normal Royal Mail delivery times

(Q) WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
(A) If your purchase arrives damaged please inform us within 24 hours
and
we will arrange to have the item replaced at our
expense. we will also require the damaged goods to be returned to us.

(A) If you order the wrong items, and would like to return goods, you
will be responsible for the carriage costs on the returned items to

We also have a re stocking fee of %10 of the goods

we will then issue a credit note or issue a refund to the person who

service at this time however we are printing shortly. you can produce
your own inserts with your PC,and then assemble your own high quality
promotional products. Its fun and easy.

(A) We are sorry but as we are a small company we do not offer a
free samples pack with all of our products,and as I am sure you
will appreciate we do get a lot of requests for free samples
However,we can normally provide a single sample of the following

(Q) DO YOU ONLY DELIVER TO THE UK?
(A) We only deliver to the UK (UK Mainland orders are Free
delivery)

However the following exclusions apply If you are outside the UK
Mainland ie offshore islands, Highlands of Scotland , N Ireland, we regret that
there will be an extra carriage charge before delivery can be expedited by
